Please join us for our annual MOB Auction. All proceeds go to our General Fund and to supporting programs, exhibits, and the mission of the Museum Of Beadwork.

It's that time once again, when we call upon our wonderful community to be part of the Museum of Beadwork's Annual Auction! Last year alone, the donation of wonderful and unique auction items from supporters like you helped raise over $13,000! We think that this year we can do even better.

 


We are seeking donations for auction to benefit the museum. The kinds of things we’re looking for include:

  • Jewelry or wearable art      
  • Beading kits (VERY popular)
  • Beading supplies (all must be new and from a reputable source) 
  • Classes (either in-person or online)
  • Sculptural objects or beaded items
  • Books

We are open to auctioning other kinds of donated items as well, so if you’re not sure, feel free to ask!

Please send photos of your item(s) and the description form to director@museumofbeadwork.org. You are also welcome to copy and paste the form contents into the body of your email if that is easier. This helps us fill out the auction page details. We will curate donated items to ensure that our collection for auction is diverse and appealing to a general audience. 

You will hear back from us within a few days of sending in your form, and upon approval we ask that all donations be shipped to us ASAP so we have time to photograph the items and get everything listed on the auction site. 


The auction takes place November 18-22, 2026. 

The Museum of Beadwork is a registered 501c3 nonprofit that is dedicated to showcasing exceptional beaded artwork from around the globe. Donating items to the auction (and, of course, bidding enthusiastically on other people’s items) directly supports our mission, helping us to share the wonders of beadwork with the world.

Over the past several years, as we have watched our beading community grow, we have seen an outpouring of support, interest, and enthusiasm for the Museum of Beadwork and our mission. We are proud of this community and thrilled to be part of it.
